It is about how incentives really work in moving cities towards climate actions and how they could be better designed in policy and bottom-up actions in society. After the talk, there will be additionally brief introduction about the Risk KAN and the YESS Community, to provide the audience the networking opportunities to work on these interesting scientific and practical issues.
